March 20, at the press center of the Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration I took place a press-conference of the public organization "Association of protection and assistance to the disabled "Open hearts" by the presentation of another social project of "Right to love". The project is implemented with the support of the regional state administration and financed by the regional budget. The project aims to enhance the competence of parents and legal representatives in matters of sex education and reproductive health of children and young people with intellectual disabilities. "Our main goal is to to convey to individuals with different intellectual disabilities, their parents or persons who replace them, knowledge of the actual sexuality education and improve reproductive health, support in creating conditions for the realization of reproductive rights, to promote equitable access of people with intellectual disabilities to reproductive health and healthy lifestyle", – says the Deputy Chairman of the Council of the "Association of protection and assistance to the disabled "Open hearts" Natalia Golovko. "For providing professional counseling to persons with disabilities and social prevention begins development of an inclusive environment not only in Vinnitsa, but also in Ukraine as a whole", – says head of Department of legal support and social services Department of social and youth policy Sergey Sink.
