Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast has occupied 1-e a place on volume of gross output of agriculture
According to the General statistics office in Vinnytsia region, the rate of production of gross output of agriculture in Vinnytsia region (in constant 2010 prices) in January–February 2017 amounted to 93.3% (last year 103,4%). Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast has occupied 1-e a place on volume of gross output of agriculture, 2nd place in the calculation on 1 person, and 19th in terms of gross output. In January-February of 2017 by all categories of farms of Vinnytsia region sold for slaughter of livestock and poultry in live weight of 70.7 thousand tonnes of milk of all types was 105.6 thousand tonnes and obtained eggs from birds of all kinds is 120.2 million. Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast occupies the 1st place in terms of meat production, 2nd place for milk production and 5th place in terms of egg production.
