The perpetrator, realizing his criminal intent to deprive liberty, under pretence of a ride, suggested the victim to sit in the cabin of the car. The attacker stopped the car and refusing to unlock the doors, held the woman against her will for a long time. The man threatened harm to her health's Yu life and at the same time, causing the battering and committing other violent acts against her to intimidate and force his victim to engage in sexual relations. The intruder was struck in the face, pulling hair, squeezing her neck scarf and pulled his clothes than any physical pain, but the woman did not agree to the demands of their attacker and had sexual relations with him did not enter. In the end, the offender, having suddenly emerged intent on the open theft of another's property, knowing the wrongfulness of their actions, acting out of selfish motives ordered the victim to give him his mobile phone, cash and gold jewelry. After the robbery, the offender took the woman back in city. and left and disappeared in an unknown direction. By organizing pre-trial investigation and correctly chosen tactics of the procedural head of Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, the hard work of law enforcement officers, collected enough evidence for reasonable suspicion, which this 39-year-old resident of Lipovetsky district. According to the results of the preliminary investigation, the indictment in the criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 146, part 2 of article 126 and part 1 of article 186 of the Criminal code of Ukraine are directed to the local district court for consideration on the merits.
