The Competition was attended by projects developed and submitted by local governments local governments United territorial communities and district councils in Vinnytsia region. Also participated projects, developed and submitted jointly by several local authorities and joint projects of local authorities with public organizations. I want to note that, overall, online-was 775 projects, of which: officially registered by the Directorate of the competition of 690 projects. The remaining 85 projects do not take part in the competition, on the basis of 48 projects presented in the paper, 22 projects are duplicated at the online-registration and 15 projects do not meet the Competition requirements (submitted more than 2 projects from one applicant, etc.). All districts and cities of regional importance have taken part in the Competition. The most active participants were the areas of: Kalinowski and Bershad for 48 projects, Kryzhopil's'kyi - 42 projects Barsky - 41 project Yampolsky - 40 projects. The minimum number of projects from the districts were submitted: 'kyi - 8 projects; Murovanokurylivetsky orativs'kyi for 7 projects. The distribution of projects by areas took place in the following way: 1. Support for people with disabilities – 37 projects (5.4% of total registered projects); 2. The preservation of historical and cultural heritage – 39 projects (5.7% of total registered projects); 3. The development of sports and tourist infrastructure of settlements – 150 projects (21,7% of the total registered projects); 4. Activities in the environmental field, which have been prepared in accordance with the decree of Cabinet of Ministers from 17 September 1996 No. 1147 “On approval of list of activities relating to environmental protection measures” – 53 projects (7.7% of the total registered projects); 5. Measures for energy and resource conservation in health, education, culture and social protection – 411 projects (59,6% of the total registered projects).
