In Ternopil reduced single tax rate for entrepreneurs of group II will be applied from 2018
Ternopil city Council made changes to the decision “On local taxes and levies”, according to which the reduced single tax rate for entrepreneurs of the II group 20% to 15% of the minimum wage. However, the State regulatory service of Ukraine has sent an information letter to rose’explanations concerning the decision by the local authority about establishment of local taxes and fees. Also, the implementation of the ZU «On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing of budget revenues in 2017ðîö³”, changed the marginal rates of tax for payers of the first and fourth groups. At SV’connection with this, the single tax rate of 15% for physical persons-entrepreneurs group II in Ternopil can be used only in 2018.
