"Today, the economy of the Region is in a stable mode. Moreover, in comparison with the last year has seen the growth of industrial production. The economy of the area is not in need of anthracite coal. For the entire period of the siege of the occupied territories in the Ternopil region there were no power outages, our industrial enterprises do not stop working," said Ivan Krysak. During the meeting, the observers, special attention is focused on the construction of the hydroelectric station on the Dniester. As noted by Ivan Krysak, expert assessment of whether this construction will give the representatives of several research and design institutes, experts from the Ministry of the environment, as well as European experts. "If the assessment is positive, will be further negotiations with the public. When the Ternopil region will produce its own energy, then, of course, the region will gain another status. This involves investment, further development of the territories. However, we are opposed to the ecosystem is destroyed. "Our solutions are aimed at diversification of energy sources of local origin. Today, with the leadership of the region we have an ambitious project for the construction of the centralized generation of thermal electric power. The other developed by the project includes operation of the generator, which utilservlet waste," he said. According to Valery Fedoryka, under Ternopil already operates a 2.5 megawatt generator that runs on waste of materials. "For our region this may be the source that will successfully fill a large percentage of the energy balance of the region.
