In 2016 to the General Fund of local budgets from the state budget received 6 775,6 mln UAH of inter-budgetary transfers. Of them 315,3 million base grants and 91.9 mln hryvnia stabilization grants. This was announced at a meeting of the Board of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration. "Received 6368,4 million UAH of subventions from the state budget. Of them educational – 1449,3 million; medical – 1167 million; funds for modernization and renovation of material-technical base of vocational education institutions – 0,6 million; the acquisition of funds for health facilities – 3.8 million UAH. For the payment of assistance to families with children, needy families, disabled since childhood have received 1412,3 million UAH; the payment of the state social help on children-orphans and children deprived of parental care in orphanages of family type – 11.4 million UAH", - said the Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Stepan Skibiak. Also received 2066,8 million UAH of subventions for payment of benefits and housing subsidies to the population for electricity, natural gas, services of heat and water supply and sanitation, rent, removal of household garbage and liquid sewage. "On the formation of the infrastructure 26 of the United territorial communities (construction, reconstruction, major repairs of objects socially-cultural sphere and housing and communal services, purchase of equipment) from the state budget allocated a subsidy in the amount of 141.6 million; implementation of measures for socio-economic development of certain territories - 62 million for 274 sites. In addition, the state budget received UAH 5.8 million subsidy for the construction (purchase) of housing for the families of soldiers who participated in the antiterrorist operation, as well as for the disabled i-II groups of the number of troops involved in this operation, and in need of better housing conditions. Also at the expense of state regional development Fund for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of the 53 objects of social-cultural sphere and housing and communal services, the region received a 93.6 mln hryvnia, of which were 91.3 mln hryvnia.
