Economic prospects of Ukraine are connected with the development of the regions. It is primarily about attracting investment, the activity of small and medium businesses. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction, housing and utilities Gennady Zubko in the program "Tea.som" of the 5th channel. He stressed the importance of further delegation of powers and opportunities to local communities. "There are things in which the state must participate. For example, it is the emergencies, defense, security. Otherwise it is necessary to give communities the freedom, possibilities and powers. Starting from the management of their own housing and investment in personal and family energy efficiency", - said Zubko.
