The event, in the framework of the project “Promoting transparency of public procurement in the Western Ukraine” is the management of enterprise development and advertising of Lutsk city Council and TH “Rivne center “Social partnership”. Public organization "Rivne center "Social partnership" is the regional expert structure, which contributes to the reform of the social protection system, the development of social investment, raising the level of professionalism of the providers of social services and the improvement of mechanisms for intersectoral cooperation. Sergei Grigorenko said the Lutsk city Council is working with public procurement across the Prozorro, having convinced on a private experience that it is useful and most transparent system for public procurement. He noted that the training workshop is very useful for all participants, because you can improve your knowledge on the purchase and to ask relevant questions.
