First considered the issue regarding the settlement of the poor environmental situation that has developed in the Kovel branch of the SE “Ukrmednet”. Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Sergey Koshary reported that at the meeting of the Commission on teheranno environmental situations and civil protection of the population of the city Council of Kovel, the situation on the enterprise is qualified as an emergency situation of technogenic characret the local level. Deputy Chairman oblgosadministartion Svetlana Myshkovets informed about the state of preparations for rehabilitation and recreation of children in the Volyn region in 2017 year. According to her, the health campaign began in February. Now actively there is a preparation for the summer recreation season. In may 2017 will be held a large-scale review of all institutions of rehabilitation and recreation Volyn region on the subject of readiness for safe and effective rehabilitation of children. Among them: 156 camps with day stay, 11 of the non-urban healthcare institutions of different ownership forms, school camps and the like. This year's summer Wellness vacation is to cover more than 29 thousand students. The right to priority improvement will be given to the children-orphans, children deprived of parental care and children from families of victims (died) participants of the ATO. Also the meeting participants heard information on the course of the spring field work in February-March 2017. Favorable weather conditions during late February allowed us to successfully begin the spring field work, however, worsening weather conditions in March dragged planting.
