Until March 29, continues competitive selection of investment programs and regional development projects that can be realized at the expense of the State Fund of regional development in Zhytomyr region in 2017. To submit projects of local and Central bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government. Investment programs and projects submitted for the competition must meet one of the following requirements: 1) meet the priorities identified in the State strategy of regional development, Strategy of development of Zhitomir region for 2020 in the action plan for their implementation for the period 2015-2017; 2) the implementation of investment programmes and projects as projects of cooperation of territorial communities; 3) support voluntarily the consolidated territorial communities. The basic conditions for the selection of investment programmes and projects is their compliance with the above requirements and the following criteria: 1) for investment programs and projects involving the construction, – presence of approved in the established procedure the project documentation; 2) implementation schedule ranges from one to three years; 3) co-financing from local budgets at the level of 10%. 4) the ability of entities to Finance facilities of which involve means of the state Fund for regional development, and to ensure further private funding or their content at the expense of local budgets.
