From January 1 all family doctors and internists and pediatricians are working on lists of patients, residents of the Ternopil region – many of them left the place of residence, and how much is left in the service area, the newspaper "Number one". Final information will be incorporated into the so-called “red” and “green” registries, according to the head of the Department of health Ternopil regional state administration Volodymyr Bogaychuk. The results will be generated complete electronic patient registry. “Red” is a family journal, which is now in stock at the doctors, and “green” – have generated a list of patients that will conclude with the family doctor an agreement to provide medical care”, – said Vladimir Bogaychuk. He also drew attention to the fact that from July 1, changes in the funding system. “The Ministry of health earns national health service – the so-called state insurance medicine. In the future it will be able to join other private insurance companies where the patient will have the opportunity to insure. This includes secondary care, and tertiary. For each signed agreement the family doctor will receive about 240 USD a year. The minimum wage of 3,200 hryvnia, of course, not be depend on number of signed agreements.
