In Vinnytsia region has developed a regional scheme of ecological network
According to the Department of environment and natural resources regional state administration, today in the region has developed a Regional scheme of ecological network and two local schemes – Zhmerinka and The Kurylovetskomu areas. Also, in 2017 it is planned to develop local schemes of ecological network city. and Mogilev-Podolsky district, in the local and regional funds for environmental protection. According to the decision of the coordinating Council on issues of formation of national ecological network, measures for its formation are included in the State strategy of national ecological policy of Ukraine for the period until 2020, which provides for bringing the area of national ecological network to 41% of the country. Another important aspect of proper level of ecological safety is the restoration of hydrological regime of water bodies, namely the elimination of natural and anthropogenic causes siltation of rivers, their floodplains, soil erosion and flooding of households. To implement this direction at the 2017 planned: ? holding beregoukreplenie structures of the Desna river within the village. An important activity to maintain a proper level of ecological safety is the activity aimed at protection of lands. It provides for the imposition of restrictions of economic activity on the land water Fund, within the coastal shelterbelts and territories of natural reserve Fund and environmental concerns when land allocation and the preparation of urban planning documentation. So, in the past year, composed by 5 522 information reviewed 66 projects of land management, agreed 34 project planning documentation. Given the rapid development of information technologies for the environmental industry offer opportunities to use modern tools for monitoring of the environment in Vinnytsia region. One such tool that was proposed by the European partners, there is a service level monitoring of air pollution. The first working meeting with the coordinators of the project EKONTO that took place recently, has demonstrated the effectiveness of methods for the assessment of pollution level at any point on the map. Another important direction of work in the Vinnytsia region of ecology is an ecological-educational work. One of the tools for its implementation was the placement of external ecological advertising. In particular, last year decided to place environmental and social advertising on city vehicles and on message. With the assistance of the Department of housing and communal services, energy and infrastructure of the regional state administration carried out the relevant work with private carriers who have agreed to place advertising media on their own vehicles.
