About this said the Director of the Department of environment and natural resources regional state administration Mykola Tkachuk on suponemos hardware meeting with heads of Departments and services of the region, presenting the main priorities of the Department in 2017 . According to Nikolay Tkachuk, the direction of increasing the area of natural reserve Fund is extremely important, given the European integration policy of Ukraine. Thus, the Law of Ukraine "On the Fundamental principles (strategy) of state ecological policy of Ukraine for the period until 2020" provided by the expansion of the area of natural reserve Fund of 15 percent of the country. "In 2017 it is planned to expand the area of 2 and the announcement of 14 new objects of natural reserve Fund. Among them there are 11 landscape and Botanical reserves, 4 hydrological natural monuments. And 1 Botanical monument of nature and area, known as "Illintsi crater". The geography of new objects covers Kozaytyn'kyi zhmeryns'kyi, Chechelnitsky, Shargorodsky, Teplitsky, Murovanokurylivetsky areas", - Mykola Tkachuk. Also, the head of the Department of environment and natural resources regional state administration noted that in obvious need of maintenance of these territories, their total area is small and does not significantly affect the increase in the percentage of natural reserve Fund of the region. That is why, in his opinion, is important to establish a comprehensive, much of the area protected areas, which, first, have greater potential for restoration and preservation of biotic and landscape diversity, and, secondly significantly increase the percentage of protected areas. Remembering last year's tragic events associated with the death of bison, Nikolai Tkachuk said that they have led some environmental NGOs to draw attention to the strengthening of the regime for the protection of this endangered species and to raise the question about creation of national natural Park "Central Podillya", which is planned to include part of the Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi and Litin areas. In support of this initiative, the Chairman of regional state administration on March 3 this year signed the order No. 151, which established a working group to study this question. "We also are considering the creation of national natural Park "Dniester", which could be the basis for cross-border (international) nature Park. This border territory has a strong potential of development of tourist infrastructure. As confirmation of this recently from the Moldovan side invited to take part in the Romanian-Moldovan project for the conservation of the biosphere in the area of the Dniester river, which was planned for the funds of the European Union", - said Mykola Tkachuk. According to him, the essence of the program lies in more detailed study of the biosphere in the direction of the Dniester and further use of coastal areas for tourism purposes. Therefore, in future we plan to develop a joint tourist route. The project lies in the fact that in the Dniester river basin is a territory having an international status – is the site area more than 5 hectares, which covers the village of Lyadova from the city of Yampol, the so-called Ramsar site. This was reported in the Vinnytsia regional state administration
