Currently, 77 apartment buildings, condominiums operate, including 38 - created in 2016. To stimulate the creation of condominiums in 2016 was adopted "Program to facilitate the creation of condominiums and support of houses of osmd and ZHSK in the years 2016-2018". In this programme, 3 enterprises participated in the financing of capital repairs of residential buildings totaling 0.5 million UAH, of which UAH 0.3 million funded by the city budget and attracted funds of condominiums - 0.2 million UAH, namely: - Condominiums "Strelets-88", HOA "Small arms 90" to repair the Sewerage system of rainwater; - Condominiums "Fovarit-sh 4" for the repair of the roof, door, lighting and utilities; - Condominiums "Light house 2016" on the installation of meters, replacement of Windows. In addition, last year the city's program of reimbursement of loans condominiums for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in housing, have used one condominiums: credit funds in the amount of 12,6 thousand UAH used to replace the Windows in the hallways. From the city budget reimbursed 40 % of these funds, that is UAH 5070. In the framework of the Program of major repairs of elevators in residential buildings of Chernihiv in the 2016 – 2020 last year completed work on the overhaul of elevators 152.
