Monthly athletes Zhytomyr will receive 50 scholarships from RSA
Scholarships in the amount of 800 to 4000 hryvnia will get the leading sportsmen of the region on a monthly basis in 2017 for means of the regional budget. This is stated in the order of the Chairman of regional state administration Igor Gundicha No. 63, "On the provision of material incentives leading sportsmen and their coaches with the aim of proper training and participation in Olympic, Paralympic, Deaflympic games, world and European Championships", which takes effect March 28, the day of official publication. The document also approved the regulations on scholarship of the Zhytomyr regional state administration for leading sportsmen of the region, norms of determining of the best athletes on the results of the competition and the standards of remuneration to athletes and coaches on the results of participation in competitions. — "Set 50 monthly scholarships: 10 scholarships of 4000 UAH; 10 scholarships of 2800 UAH; 10 scholarships of 1400 UAH; 10 scholarships of 1000 UAH; 10 scholarships of 800 UAH", – stated in the Regulation. The process of payment of grants provides Department of family, youth and sports of RSA. — According to the head of Department Svetlana GRES, financing of scholarships in comparison with last year has doubled. If in 2016 the athletes received scholarships Zhytomyr RSA in the amount of 780 thousand UAH, this year in the framework of the Regional program of development of physical culture and sports in 2017-2020 years for scholarships provided 1 million 560 thousand UAH. In order to receive a monthly stipend of Zhytomyr regional state administration, athletes need to place the Olympic, Paralympic, deflimpiysky games, the Championships and Cups of Europe, world, Championships of Ukraine among adults, youth and juniors. The nomination of athletes-candidates for scholarships is carried out by senior coaches of national teams in the sport, the chairmen of regional sports federations (branches Nationwide sports federations), heads of sports societies and organizations. The decision about determination of the fellows to accept the regional Commission for award of grants to leading athletes area, which is approved by the Department of family, youth and sports of RSA.
