In Vinnytsia region is a sector of the State regulatory service of Ukraine
the State regulatory service of Ukraine (GDS), according to Resolution of CMU dated 24.12.2014, No. 724, is a Central Executive authority, whose work is directed and koordiniruyutsya by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and implementing the state regulatory policy, policy on supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activities, licensing and permitting system in the sphere of economic activity and deregulation of economic activities. GDS is a specially authorized body on licensing and permitting system in the sphere of economic activity. The main tasks of GRS are: - implementation of state regulatory policy, policy on supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activities, licensing and permitting system in the sphere of economic activity; - coordination of actions of Executive authorities, of civil society institutions and businesses, deregulation of economic activities. GRS shall exercise its powers directly and through educated in the established order territorial bodies. On the territory of Vinnytsia region, territorial authority and a structural unit GDS is a Sector of the State regulatory service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region. Sector in accordance with its responsibilities, participates in the implementation of state regulatory policy, policy on supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activities, licensing and permitting system in the sphere of economic activity and deregulation of economic activities on the territory of Vinnytsia region.
