In the exhibition hall of the Vinnytsia regional local history Museum on March 28, 2017, with the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vinnytsia took place opening of the exhibition "Samaritans with Markova". Exhibition dedicated to the heroic deed of Polish families Ulmw that during the occupation of Poland by the Nazis during the second world war gave their lives to save Jews. This tragic story was the impetus for the establishment in 2016 of the Museum in the village Markovi, where there were terrible events. The Museum became a symbol of heroism of poles who saved Jews and paid for it with his life. According to the materials of archival documents of the Institute of national remembrance?for Poland has created a traveling exhibition that was presented in Kyiv, Khmelnytsky, Lutsk, and from 28 March to 15 April, the residents of the city of Vinnytsia and the oblast will also be able to see her photos. The exhibition was opened by children's ensemble of violinists of Vinnytsia school of music "cherry".
