In Vinnytsia oblast Prosecutor's office revealed embezzlement of more than 1 million hryvnias of budgetary funds
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region revealed the fact of embezzlement of budget funds in the amount of over UAH 1 million. Established in October 2016 between one of the children's sports schools and the construction company contracted for the construction of works, namely the reconstruction of the stadium in the city of Gaisin with the device complex Playground with artificial turf. Under the terms of the contract, the construction work should be completed before 30 November 2016, but in fact under the contract is not made in full on'volume. However, in December last year the parties signed the acts of acceptance and commissioning of completed works, although the reconstruction at the time of signing of acts not completed. As a result, at the expense of the contractor illegally transferred budget funds in the amount of 1 million 353 thousand UAH. On the specified fact Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office in eRDR included information on signs of the crime provided by part 4 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Currently, the investigation is ongoing. Reference: the Criminal code of Ukraine provides for liability for misappropriation, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position committed in a large scale (part 4 of article 191 of the criminal code) in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from p'five to eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
