Tacso local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of rules, norms and standards that pertain to fence the road, which led to the death of the person (article 288 of the criminal code of Ukraine). Conducting pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is entrusted to investigative Department of Tyachiv police Department. As explained by the Deputy head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Victor Kosan, the General Prosecutor of Ukraine and the leadership of the regional Prosecutor's office focuses on the need to adopt police measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the Commission of criminal offences against traffic safety and operation of vehicles, entailed death of people, paying special attention to ensuring the proper condition and maintenance of roads.
