Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne continue to identify and respond to violations of requirements of laws in the disposal of bodies of state power of the lands, including those that belong to the forest Fund. So, the appeal of the Prosecutor of the Rovno area the court is satisfied and agreed to return to the state in the face of the Rivne regional state administration of land for forestry purposes 0.61 hectares located in the tract Buscha Smitkova Dubno forestry state forestry. It is established that officials of Dubno regional state administration on the basis of unlawfully received orders concluded with one of the lease contract of the land plot, which is located outside the settlement, whereas the question regarding the disposal of lands within the competence of the Rivne regional state administration. By results of consideration of the case of the Rivne economic court of appeal came to the conclusion that the prosecution's request to invalidate the orders of district administration and lease of land is justified, and therefore reversed the decision of the court of first instance, which rejected the claim of the prosecution, and ordered a new decision in full satisfaction of the claim of the Prosecutor's office. Thus, due to the active and consistent position of the Prosecutor of the Rivne oblast stopped the illegal use of the tract Buscha forest lands.
