In Lutsk city employment center from August 2015, has a "Club participants ATO and members of their families." In the framework of the monthly Club in Lutsk city center of employment for demobilized troops and their families held events with the participation of representatives of state institutions and public organizations, social partners, employment service. To develop their own abilities and talents that can contribute to employment in Lutsk city employment center 30 Mar 2017 held a master class on "Learning to write pysanky" with the participation of the artist is a member of the Regional branch of the National Union of folk art masters of Ukraine Iryna Nikitich. In the master-class was attended by demobilized soldiers and members of their families. Active participants of the event were the children of participants ATO: Sophia, Maxim, Dmitry, Veronica, Valeria and Stas. They were carefully bringing the line on the egg, carefully listening to interesting stories that told mistress of occurrence of pysanky and Ukrainian traditions. At the master class participants were invited to write a Pysanka "Rouge". It is a traditional Volyns'ka Pysanka symbolizes the sun, the birth of new life. Mistress noted that write pysanky need just in a good mood. Each character and element of the Pysanka has a meaning. The division of the Pysanka into four parts symbolize four seasons, four elements, four cardinal directions, the wavy lines could symbolize rain and the snake, which means wisdom, the diamond is the symbol of the earth, the dot – corn flower – a new life. The participants of the master class painted Easter eggs on one technique, but all eggs are different and beautiful in its own way. All worked hard, putting in painted Easter eggs my love and my good mood. Attendees discovered her creative talents to the art of writing pysanky. Mistress invited the participants of the master class to take part in contests with eggs, which take place in the Lutsk art school and in Regional scientific-methodical center of culture.
