The project is a program action plan, work package, presented in the form of the description with the necessary studies, calculations, drawings(maps, diagrams), photographs that reveal the essence of the concept and possibility of its realization at the expense of the Budget initiatives of Chernivtsi. In case of submission of project in the field of spatial development, the project must comply with the General plan of the city of Chernivtsi. In the framework of the Budget initiatives city funded projects that: – Contradict the current legislation of Ukraine . – Contrary to the activities of certain local comprehensive, targeted and sector programmes. – Provide only for the development of project documentation. – Are incomplete in nature (execution of one of the elements in the future will require in the future execution of subsequent items). – Provide the costs and services that exceed the cost of the project. – the Implementation of which envisages an increase in staff numbers in the budgetary institutions and to keep additional workers at the expense of the city budget. – Contain profanity, defamation, insults, incitement to violence, overthrow the government, change of the constitutional system of the country. The project should be implemented within one budget year. At the stage of project development, the proponent may consult with any Department, office, division, city Council whose jurisdiction applies to this question. Officers are required to help in the formation of estimates of the model initiative. The author of the project can be a physical person aged at least 16 years, associations of condominiums (ajoah), on the self-organization of population (DOS); housing and construction cooperative (ZHSK); housing and construction company (LMC) and other community organizations. From one author for one year may apply and be registered no more than one project. To participate in the contest you must fill out a form in the project. Projects that received a positive preliminary evaluation, will be put up for voting, which will last from 10 to 25 October this year. The projects which gain the most support of Chernivtsi, will be adopted for implementation in 2018.
