Admitted historian and the first scientific forecast on the Maidan and revolution of Dignity made in the late 90s. Andrey Minaev was born in Chernivtsi in the family of employees.His first place of work found at the Department of world history and political science, later at the Department of history of modern and contemporary art. It was there that he started making his first steps in science, he became the Executive Secretary of the collection of scientific articles "Historical panorama", defended a PhD thesis on the topic: "Youth movement in the second half of the 60-ies of the XXth century in the countries of Western Europe and the United States: a retrospective analysis", brought his idea to life and became the co-founder of "Youth newspaper of Bukovina "ALTER EGO", now already has a lot of publications from the field of public opinion, studying the technology of manipulation of consciousness in the Ukrainian-Russian war.
