In Rivne region law enforcement bodies reported about suspicion in murder
the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 04.04.2017 reported about suspicion to the law enforcement authority in the Commission of a crime under part 2 of article 15, paragraph 1 of part 2 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (attempt at a premeditated murder of two or more persons). As previously reported, on April 01, 2017 in a private house in the city was found dead with gunshot wounds 43-year-old female lawyer and seriously wounded her husband, a retiree of the internal Affairs bodies. The latter was hospitalized in resuscitation unit of regional hospital. After carrying out a complex investigation (investigation) actions involvement in a serious crime a 29-year resident of Ternopil region - the Prosecutor of this region. Latest after several days of searching for his militiamen appeared to the investigators of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region to testify. The Prosecutor's office of Rivne region filed a petition in court about election to the suspect of a measure of restraint in form of detention and removal from office. The investigators continue pre-trial investigation in this criminal proceedings. Its course is taken on control by a management of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
