At the initiative of the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the RSA in the Center of retraining and improvement of professional skill of workers of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, state enterprises, institutions and organizations of Vinnytsia region held a training seminar on introduction of uniform system of granting of administrative services in the framework of the joint project "E-governance for accountability of authorities and community participation". Welcoming speech opened the seminar by the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. "When we started this project, we tried to keep ahead of the curve in providing administrative services. Starting work with the Foundation "Eastern Europe", we signed a Memorandum whose main purpose was to transfer all practices which are already implemented in the city of Vinnitsa and distribute them in order to bring the provision of administrative services to each inhabitant of edge, regardless of whether he lives in the district, then - in a small village. And also to minimize the human impact on the decision of a question. We strive to create conditions so that every resident can quickly, efficiently and on time to the required service," said Andrew Gyzhko.
