Chernivtsi: the Executive bodies of the city Council for the first three months of 2017 received 1815 complaints of citizens
three months of 2017 to the Executive bodies of the city Council received 1815 complaints of citizens. Among them: oral – 133 (namely, personal methods of leadership of the city Council – 119, by phone – 14), written – 1485, e-mail 197 (of whom 145 received the "E-petition"). Through the authorities did – 657 cases. Among them: the government of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine – 582, Chernivtsi regional administration and Chernivtsi regional Council – 66, from the Prosecutor of the city and the region – 9. Three months of 2017 on a personal reception of the mayor accepted – 90 citizens, deputies of the mayor – 29 citizens. On the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens", "About local government in Ukraine" and the requirements of the quality management System increased control over the execution of orders, solving the complaints of citizens, for holding personal reception of citizens. The city Council through the Department of citizens the city Council conducts an analysis of appeals of citizens to study the causes that generate them, as well as the most acute socially important problems that require permanent solutions. Also, the Department of citizens city Council have established effective control over the timing and quality of consideration of references of citizens, Deputy appeals in all Executive bodies of the city Council.
