Chernivtsi: most of the collective agreements in the first quarter of 2017, signed in education
2 of the Law of Ukraine "On collective contracts and agreements collective agreements are concluded by all enterprises, institutions and organizations (regardless of ownership) who use hired labor and have the status of legal entity. Registration of collective agreements is carried out in the Department of labour the Department of labour and social protection of population of Chernivtsi city Council. Enterprises, institutions and organizations in the development of collective agreements provided guidance and clarification on labour and socio-economic relations. As 01.04.2017 year at the enterprises, institutions and organizations of different ownership forms is concluded (prolonged) 1198 collective agreements. During the i quarter of 2017 was 68 collective agreements (2 agreements), including 16 novouredeni, 52 were re-notifying registration. In addition, made 38 changes and amendments to existing collective bargaining agreements. On questions of collective-contractual regulation 218 provided advice to enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city.
