The revenues of the enterprise (excluding depreciation of housing stock) - 23.4 million UAH. The total cost of the enterprise subject to the tax on profits amounted to more than 38.6 million UAH. Expenditure in 2016 compared with the previous increased on average by 23.5%, due to rising energy prices, the rising cost of fuel and lubricants and construction materials, land tax, minimum wage and the like.
