Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office appealed to Economic court of Volyn region claim the benefit Branska village Council Gorokhovsky district, to return the property of the community part of the premises of the clubs in the villages of Debts and Borisovich who illegally rented out a local entrepreneur. Prosecutors'found that the village Council had concluded two agreements to lease the property belonging to municipal property of a territorial community, an entrepreneur who intended to use part of the premises of the clubs in the villages to accommodate shops. The provision of public property occurred contrary to the requirements of the legislation, without an evaluation of the property and a duly certified and registered leases, than caused damage to the interests of the local community. Reacting to the violation of the law, the Prosecutor's office appealed to the court and require the return of the territorial community of illegally leased premises, the estimated cost of which is more than 230 thousand UAH.
