Lutsk: chess become popular in the children of the city

Training would not be so interesting if it was not possible to show their strength and knowledge in competitions, to plunge into the excitement of the game and achieve a certain result. This opportunity for young players was held in our city in the building of the "White castle" hall "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" April 1-2, qualifying chess tournament with the rules II, III category, which was organized by the office for physical culture and sports Lutsk city Council. The organizers aim to further the development of chess in the city of Lutsk, their promotion, improving sports skills of young chess players and determine the winners of the competition. The competition was held in two groups. In the older group, with standard II level played chess II and III categories, a younger group with standard III category played chess III And i youth level. The competitions were held according to the Swiss system in 9 rounds. Within two days of tournament there was an atmosphere of intense struggle. Was as the joy of victory and despair, and even tears of defeat. The results of all rounds were completed III-rd category and took the prize: Egor Seitz (1), Bogdan Omelych (2nd place) and Artem Stashenko (3rd place). The second discharge was completed, becoming the winners: Dmitry Dudik (1st place), Nazar Miller (2nd place) and Vladimir Stepanov (3rd place). After the competition the winners received diplomas, medals and prizes from the organizers of the competition.
