In the Ternopil region will honor the victims of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant
31-th anniversary of Chernobyl disaster marked on the Ternopil region. In particular, on April 26 will be a memorial event near the memorial complex "Victims of the Chernobyl disaster and nuclear tests." Such events will be held in all districts of the region. We also plan to organize and conduct memory lessons "Remember Chernobyl", lectures, discussions, demonstration of thematic films, meetings with participants of liquidation of consequences of Chernobyl accident in secondary, vocational and higher educational institutions of the region, and organize excursions of pupils and students to the Museum "Echo of Chernobyl". In addition, residents of the area who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophe will receive earmarked financial support.
