In the Rivne region, two gambling establishments in the town will not work
Sarny Employees of the local Prosecutor's office jointly with the Department of protection of the economy in Dnipropetrovsk region, Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine revealed and stopped activity 2 underground gambling institutions which operated in the city Sarny. As reported by the acting head of the Sarny local prosecutors Jaroslav Bagli, as a result 05.04.2017 inspections at the location of the underground facilities, the law enforcers seized 10 system units, and other accessories, documentation, "black accounting", which confirm the expenses and income from the gaming business. Currently, the police for procedural guidance Sarny local Prosecutor's office conducted investigations in initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal gambling business). Measures to establish and bring to justice the organizers banned in Ukraine gambling activities. Sarnenskiy local Prosecutor's office in cooperation with other law enforcement and to further systemic measures are taken to identify and stop the activities of illegal gambling institutions in the territory of the settlements in the areas under its jurisdiction.
