The distribution of the number of employees of establishments of education on wages suggests that most of them, namely 13765 people (26.3% of their total) get salaries of more than 6,000 UAH. Almost as many (13738 workers or 26.0% of all teachers) receive a salary from 3200 UAH. up to 4000 UAH. Wages in the education more than the minimum level receive 38.9 per thousand workers (or 73.9 per cent of all workers). The average level of salaries in health care are somewhat lower than in education. In particular, the greatest share is for employees who receive from 3200 UAH. up to 4000 UAH. – 9686 people (or 30.1% of the total). From 4000 UAH. up to 5000 UAH. get almost 6 thousand employees of the industry, accounting for 18.7% of all employed in medicine. In health care a salary that exceeds the minimum guaranteed level, get to 22.1 thousand employees or of 68.8%. "According to operational results of three months of weekly monitoring, we can conclude that the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the payment of wages in the budget sphere of the region in 2017 are positive and significantly increased in comparison with indicators of the 1st quarter of 2016.
