Ternopil region continues realization of the project "Effective development of a United community". The project participants from 9 communities United of Ternopil region take part in training sessions to examine topics on the preparation and writing of the draft Statute of the territorial community and the Rules of landscaping. Congratulated the participants of the training, the Deputy chief of Department of town planning and architecture of regional state administration Victor Jakimiuk. "At the beginning of 2017 in the region there are 36 consolidated territorial communities, which cover 34% of the territory and 27 % (about 290 thousand people) population of the region. In General, the United 206 city, town and village councils (345 settlements), accounting for a third of their total number in the region. We can say that the organizational phase of forming communities started and he's already inevitable continues. Now began the next stage – namely the process of normal, everyday operation of the communities related to the development of plans for socio-economic development, development and implementation of projects on construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of social facilities and engineering infrastructure, the establishment of the structures and organs of the communities, as well as the development of "internal" documents that will facilitate and normalize the activities of the communities, aimed at meeting the specific requests of their residents. That is why I am pleased to congratulate the participants of this meeting, which will address the issues important for the implementation of the powers of the communities, and aimed at resolving specific issues of their activities – development of community statutes and rules of accomplishment.
