Khust local Prosecutor's office jointly with the investigation Department of Khust OP GUNP in the Transcarpathian region completed the pre-trial investigation against one of the residents of Khust district, who illegally kept and persuaded other persons to the use of drugs, and also contains a place for illegal drug use (part 2, article 309, part 2 of article 317 and part 1 of article 315 of the criminal code of Ukraine). The indictment against the latter for illegal sales of narcotic drugs (article 307 part 2 of the criminal code of Ukraine) also sent for further consideration to the Khust district court, - the Prosecutor reported.
