Compiling Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region of the indictment and the referral of cases to the special court completed pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings against 4 leaders of the militants of the terrorist organization «DNR», headed by the commander of an infantry brigade, the so-called armed forces, this terrorist organization, which carried out the management, organization and implementation of measures aimed at implementation of sabotage and Subversion, intelligence and terrorist activities against Ukraine at so-called “Gorlovka direction”. To ensure the effectiveness of criminal activities, these leaders created the agent-informer network of the number of citizens of Ukraine residing on the boundary line that systematically has provided the militants in the uncontrolled Ukrainian government territory «DNR" information of the nature of intelligence regarding the location , number and routes of movement of units and military equipment of the Armed forces of Ukraine and other military formations involved in the antiterrorist operation, as well as losses. Using their own powers available to subordinate forces and means, the so-called armed forces «DNR" on the basis of intelligence information, the militants organized and committed subversive attacks and attacks on places of deployment of military personnel, military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed forces and the civilian population in controlled by the Ukrainian authorities of the territory, in particular in the cities of Gorlovka, Yenakiyevo, Makeyevka and Yasinovataya in Donetsk region. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region performs procedural management in the criminal proceedings, the maintenance of public prosecution in city court. The sanction of incriminated accused of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 8 till 15 years with confiscation of property.
