Therefore, prescriptions under the program "Affordable medicine" started. "The most important thing is to show people that this system works, - said the head of the Vinnytsia region Valery Cow. – If to speak about cardiovascular disease, asthma and diabetes type II, in Vinnytsia region is 970 thousand people – almost a million. And if this category of our residents feel that the reimbursement mechanism works - it will be the first real step in the direction of health reform in Vinnytsia region".
