sixteenth international conference on the theory and practice of formation and development of creative giftedness of future specialists in the system of professional education was recently held in bar humanitarian-pedagogical College named after Mykhailo Hrushevsky. The event is organized with the aim of uniting the creative efforts of teachers, scientists, figures of culture, of religion, regarding the study and disseminate the experience spiritual, moral and vocational training of the person as the basis of formation of society and the further development of the state. To the conference are actively involved in Vinnytsia scientists of the Academy of continuing education, Sumy state pedagogical University named after Anton Makarenko, Warsaw University and the Academy Gratianus in Krakow (Poland), Olomouckeho of palack? University (Czech Republic), Parma University (Italy), Resovskogo University (Slovakia), a non-profit Corporation "Ukraine and Ukrainians abroad" (new York, USA). The conference was opened by Professor's hour, which hosted lectures by Russian and foreign scientists, teachers and College students and teachers of the district. In the framework of the conference the participants had the opportunity to attend workshops on issues of teaching chemistry for General education teachers; the issues of justification and implementation of the model of methodical preparation of future music teachers in the aspect of artistic reflection; creative pedagogy and mobile learning resources in modern schools; a master class on the theme "Easter Egg is a unique creation of the Ukrainian folk art: history, tradition, modernity." On the first day of the festival was held the Festival of Easter of the attributes and rituals. The event was aimed to acquaint visitors with the major Easter traditions in Eastern Podolia. Parade Podolsky Easter baskets and family twigs showed the best examples of the use of Easter symbols-talismans: the festival was accompanied by the implementation of the spring songs, dances and games that are typical in the Eastern Podillia. During the festival, the Easter basket was handed to a College Professor Valery Foskolou that the detachment of volunteers April 8, will deliver their defenders volunteers in the area ATO. For members of the scientific meeting were given a tour to the monument-grandmother with seeds rock monastery (Mogilev-Podolsk district). The second day of the conference looked at the exhibits and displays, including: presentation of teaching AIDS members of ASCP "Polesie" and teachers of bar humanitarian-pedagogical College named after N. Hrushevsky; the photo exhibition of the local historian, photographer, honorary citizen of the city, honored philatelist Ukraine Has. Mesnyankina on "Bar in the paths of history"; the exhibition of artistic embroidery masters V. Martynova (city); exhibition of Easter attributes of Eastern Podolia; the thematic exhibition "Easter scarf my mom..."; exhibition of contemporary youth ornaments in the Ukrainian style of a College lecturer, candidate of economic Sciences, Ukrainian masters N. Beletskaya. The last day of the conference worked in plenary and breakout sessions, which were carried out in six areas: "Methodological bases of formation and development of creative giftedness of future specialists"; "Innovative approaches, methods, technologies and forms of creative development of future professionals in vocational education"; "Theory of art education and the problems of moral and spiritual development of today's youth as subjects of their future professional activity, Creative specialist: the formation and development of vocational education"; "the Ukrainian cultural heritage in the context of globalization and multicultural space in the sense of national and common teacher education"; "Ethnoculturology training of future teachers in the regional context of teaching of artistic disciplines." Scientists shared their views on the theory and practice of formation and development of creative giftedness of future specialists in vocational education; was brought up for discussion of relevant psychological and pedagogical, philosophical, theoretical and methodological, ethnoculturology, art, moral and ethical issues; tried to find a common point of view regarding the development of pedagogical, literary, regional institutions of professional education in modern conditions of globalization of educational processes. In the course of work of the plenary was the presentation of diplomas to the new members, ASK "Polesie".
