In Vinnytsia region discussed the regional comprehensive programme to support the participants of the antiterrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine (photo)
Friday, April 7, in the conference room of the regional state administration held a working meeting to discuss and amendments to certain paragraphs "of the Regional complex program of support of the ATO participants, their families and members of killed (deceased) members of the ATO for the years 2016-2018", which provides the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration. A meeting of representatives of departments of state administration and the public was initiated by the NGO "Avtomaydan of the region". In the work took part the Director of Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration Svetlana Vasilyuk, head of the ATO members of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration Andrey Grachev, head of Department of interaction with law enforcement, defense and operation of the funds of the Department of civil protection of the regional state administration Valery Turkey, Deputy Director – head of the Department of General secondary and preschool education and educational work Department of education and science of the regional state administration Vladimir Bunyak, chief specialist of the Department of preventive and curative care to the adult population of management treatment-and-prophylactic aid to the population of the Department of health of regional state administration Victor Sereda, chief specialist of the Department of physical culture and sport Management of physical culture and sports of the regional state administration Andrey Tsymbalyuk, Deputy head of the Main Department of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region Sergey Ryabchun, Chairman of the NGO "Avtomaydan Vinnytsia region" Taisa Gaida, representatives of civil society institutions and mass media of the region. "The purpose of our meeting with the public participation, collection of proposals and comments to the regional integrated programme of support for the ATO participants. Without a doubt, the main task for us – to make this target the programme most effectively," said Svetlana Vasilyuk. During the meeting, which was held in the form of "question – answer", was announced and discussed a number of topical issues relating directly to members of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, in particular concerning the provision of land plots; provision of medicines and improvement of health services medical institutions of the region, including through the expansion of the day hospital; psychological rehabilitation and assistance in employment of demobilized members of ATU; preferential travel within the region and many other important issues. According to Svetlana Vasilyuk, all expert proposals made during the meeting in the regional complex program of support of participants of anti-terrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, will soon be formed to initiate the public examination of the NGO "Avtomaydan Vinnytsia region" and sent for further consideration by the Board of the Department of social and youth policy of the regional state administration, where they are, under current legislation, will be considered if motivated rejected.
