In the welcome letter to the participants and guests of the festival-contest "Golden bird," Ms. Marina said that he really special, as it promotes equal rights and opportunities for self-realization for all, without exception, the children in our country, and this is extremely important in the context of building a truly democratic and European Ukraine. "Regional state administration is constantly working to support people with disabilities, deepening inclusion and increased accessibility in the region", – noted in his welcoming speech the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko.
