Step 1. Note: Documents are filed by a business entity person, by mail or by the authorized person (power of attorney and ID cards). Step 2. Specialists of the Department of land management management of land resources of the Department urban complex and land relations city Council consider the application documents and prepare a draft decision for consideration at the next session of the city Council. Step 3. After the adoption of city Council decisions in accordance with the submitted application specialists of the Department of land management management of land resources of the Department urban complex and land relations city Council made an extract from the decision of the city Council and transmit it to the Central administrator to provide administrative services of the Chernivtsi city Council for its issuance to the applicant.
