To 5 may in Vinnytsia oblast veterans will pay an annual one-time cash assistance
by the Government on 5 April 2017 adopted the resolution ¹223 "on Some issues of payment in 2017 of a single financial aid provided for by the law of Ukraine "On status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection" and "On victims of Nazi persecution." So, in 2017, the payment of annual one-time cash assistance to 5 may will be in the following amounts: • disabled veterans and former juvenile (which at the time of the conclusion of the age of 14 years) of prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of forced detention, recognized as invalids from General disease, labour mutilation and for other reasons: Group I – 3 500 UAH; Group II – 3 100 UAH; Group III – 2 700 UAH; • participants of military operations and the former minors (which at the time of conclusion of not attained the age of 18) prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto, other places of forced content, and also children who were born in the specified places of forced content of their parents – 1 200 UAH; • persons who have special merits before the Homeland, – 3 500 UAH; • members of families of victims and wives (husbands) of the died disabled veterans, wives (husbands) of the died participants of operations, participants of war and victims of Nazi prosecutions recognized during lifetime by disabled people from the General disease, a labour mutilation and other reasons, which are not remarried – 600 UAH; • war veterans and former prisoners of concentration camps, ghetto, other places of forced content, persons who were violently exported for forced labor, children of guerrillas, underground workers, other participants of fight against the national socialist regime in the rear of the enemy – 500 UAH. Also, the combatants retired, have until 30 April 2017 to apply to the district military grants (form of application is in the military), the certificate of the participant of hostilities, Bank account details, which will be listed funds. Statements and documents do not submit and receive payment automatically: - disabled veterans (they funds will be credited to the Bank account, or they will be able to get them at the post office); - combatants that serve them, the funds will be credited to the Bank account, or they can get them in the unit). All funds must be accrued prior to may 5, 2017. In the case of nancilee or to verify the data necessary to address in bodies of social protection of the population at the place of registration. Annual one-time cash assistance before may 5, will run until 30 September 2017. One-time cash assistance to the 5th of may is not paid in case of acquisition of citizen status after 5 may of the respective year in which the payment of aid.
