SCE “Lutskteplo” update boiler for the EBRD
Wednesday, April 12, with the participation of the first Deputy of the mayor Gregory Adapada, Deputy of Lutsk city Council Alexander Kozluca indoor SCE “Lutskteplo” took place the opening of bids for lot No. 2 “Reconstruction of boiler-houses”. The tender was announced in the joint with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development “project of reconstruction of district heating in Lutsk”. Tender documents acquired 14 companies, however, their proposals because of the profound requirements of the proposed equipment and other reasons, provided only four companies, namely: ONNINEN Oy (Finland); Axis Industries AB (Lithuania); ENERTEX SARL (France); Consortium “West Warm” (Ukraine). Representatives of these companies also participated in the process of disclosure proposals. It is worth noting that this is the first stage of a two stage tender. The second phase will take place after evaluation of the proposals by the specialists of sue “Lutskteplo” and members of the evaluation Committee. The specified tender provides for the installation of 21 new boiler and associated equipment with the simultaneous establishment of energy accounting in the boiler at Bohdana Khmelnitskogo str, 12, 53; Lesi Ukrainki, 20; Shevchenko, 3; Kovel, 9a; Dubensky, 32b; Factory, 3A, Tarasova, 17B; Makovsky, 2K; Chernyshevsky, 114; countrys 3A; Staritsky, 6; S. Tarasovo. Replacement of obsolete hardware to new hardware will offer substantial savings on gas and electricity, will significantly reduce the operating costs of the enterprise. The total cost of the events specified lot is about 1.2 million euros of credit. The final amount will be known after the evaluation of proposals for the second phase of the tender.
