Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor's office sent to court 9 indictments against 12 police officers and 1 civil servant,-Vyacheslav Sokolovi
the Department of investigation of criminal proceedings by investigators of the prosecution and the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region during January-March 2017 the court directed 9 indictments against 15 individuals, including 2 acts in criminal proceedings for offenses with signs of corruption against 2 people. As noted by the Prosecutor of the region’Vyacheslav Sokolovi,- according to the results of criminal proceedings investigation (investigation), covert investigative (search) and procedural actions aimed at about the’objective establishment of circumstances of criminal proceedings, in March of this year investigators of investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of area sent to court 4 indictments against 5 persons, including 2 acts in criminal proceedings about criminal offenses with signs of corruption against 2 people. According to the head of Department, sent to court indictments concerning: - Deputy head of the investigative Department of one of regional departments of the police Vinnytsia region, who demanded and received illegal benefit in the sum of 22 000 UAH. for decision-making about returning to rosslauer them criminal proceedings temporarily seized property, on the grounds of criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine; - the senior operative of Department of criminal police of one of the district departments of the police Vinnytsia region, which illegally acquired and kept in the household, without lawful authority ammunition – three grenades RGD-5 with paravacini “Unified fuses remote action type uzrgm-2” and live ammunition on the grounds of criminal offense under part 1 St. 263 criminal code of Ukraine; - Junior inspector of one of regional departments of the police Vinnytsia region, which by abuse of his official position, illegally took possession of another property, namely, a telephone, kept in the room of evidence, on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 2 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine; - officials of one of the IVS in Zhytomyr region, who had committed robbery, that is open stealing of someone else's property, connected with violence which is not dangerous for life or health’I of the victim, committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 2 of article 186 of the criminal code. The Prosecutor's office continues fight against criminals in the ranks of law enforcement and government agencies in Vinnytsia region. In particular, currently, the investigators of the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is the number of criminal proceedings, in which there is full, comprehensive, impartial, about the’objective pre-trial investigation and the persons it is reported about suspicion (in some prepares the notice) to the Commission of criminal offenses, including signs of corruption.
