In the Ternopil region the government has allocated more than UAH 6 million cash assistance to the families of those killed in the ATO and individuals who received disability
12 April, the Government decided on the allocation of funds to provide one-time financial assistance to family members of persons who died during participation in the ATO and individuals who received a disability while participating in the specified operation. According to the decision of the Government funds in a total amount of 6 090,3 thousand hryvnias will be allocated to the families of the four people who died in the ATO and 14 persons who received a disability during participation in the ATO. “Our soldiers in the East of Ukraine to keep the peace for all of us. Therefore, the state is obliged to take care of the families of the heroes and themselves in the case that the struggle for peace and freedom took from them the life or health” - commented the decision of the Government the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv. The funds will be allocated to the Ministry from the Budget reserve Fund. Reference According to the Order of appointment and lump sum payment in case of death (death) or disability for certain categories of persons one-time cash assistance is paid: in the case of disability depending on the disability group in the amount of group I – 250, group II – 200, III – group 150 subsistence minimum established by law for able-bodied persons at the date of disability; in case of death (death) in the amount of 500 minimum established by law for able-bodied persons on the date of death (death). To provide one-time financial assistance from the reserve Fund of the state budget must 090,3 6 thousand hryvnias, including: 14 persons who received disability – 3 654,3 thousand UAH: Group I – 1 person – USD 362.5 thousand UAH; Group II – 7 – 1 986,8 thousand UAH; III group – 6 people – 1 305,0 thousand UAH; the families of the 4 people who died (died) – 2 436,0 thousand.
