In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office will appeal against the decision of the court
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office ensured the maintenance of public prosecution in the criminal proceedings concerning corruption offences. So, Nemirovsky district court handed down a guilty verdict against the head of a Department of Nemirov regional state administration, which, in 2013, abusing his official position, on preliminary arrangement with one of the private entrepreneurs, had spent budget funds in the amount of 7 thousand UAH, allocated for the repair of the school bus. Prosecutors proved that in fact the repair was not implemented and the allocated budget of these persons has. Court sentence to the chief of Nemirov regional state administration was found guilty under part 3 of article 27 of part 1 of article 366, part 3 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of 4 years of imprisonment with deprivation of his right to hold office, floor’connected with the keeping, storage, management and disposal of material assets for a period of 3 years, on the basis of article 75 UK of Ukraine, are released from serving of the main pokorna with a trial period 3 years. The private entrepreneur was found guilty under part 1 of article 366, part 3 of article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of 3 years deprivation of liberty, of freedom from the deprivation of his right to hold office, floor’connected with the keeping, storage, management and disposal of material assets for a period of 2 years, on the basis of article 75 UK of Ukraine, are released from serving of the main pokorna with a probation period of 2 years. Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office the decision of the court will be appealed in an appeal order in n’connection with’as a court-appointed punishment.
