Volyn: a robber who attacked a woman in suburban array "Vorotnev",will sit behind bars for over 8 years
Lutsk local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in criminal proceedings on the robbery and illegal deprivation of liberty committed by 30-year-old resident of the village Novels of Lutsk district. In the night from 2 to October 3, 2016 5 times previously convicted of theft, robbery, death threats, fraud, and desecration of the grave, n’a drunken young man has illegally entered the territory of the suburban area on the array "Vorotniv" attacked the woman, struck her a blow with a stick on the head, pushed him into the house, where was kept the whole night with her against her will and took her mobile phone and gold earrings, causing property damage for a total amount of 2100 UAH. In a short time thanks to the coordinated actions of law enforcement officers detained the robber. The court recognized the attacker guilty of robbery, coupled with penetration into dwelling and unlawful deprivation of liberty (criminal offences under part 3 of the article 187 and part 1 of article 146 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), was appointed to it punishment in the form of 8 years and 6 months years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
