Deliver prohibited items in Lutsk detention facility failed.
Thanks to the joint efforts of employees of the Department of supervision of observance of laws at execution of court decisions in criminal cases and of other coercive measures of the Prosecutor's office of Volyn and employees of State enterprises “the Lutsk detention facility” in the night of 12 April 2017 stopped trying to transfer UV's to prisoners in the detention center 7 mobile phones, chargers, SIM cards and starter packs of the operators SV’'yazku. Law enforcement officers seized these items from a guy who tried to smuggle them out of the "freedom" in one of the cameras in the detention wing of the detention facility. In relation to men is a Protocol on committing an administrative offense under article 188 of the code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (illegal transmission of prohibited objects to persons who are held in prisons, penal institutions).
