The leaders of factions and chairmen of parliamentary committees were briefed on the warning SJSC PJSC "Chernivtsioblenergo" restriction on April 18, the supply of CP "Chernivtsivodokanal" and Chernivtsi trolleybus management, which would entail a stop of the city's water supply, possible disruptions in the movement of the trolley. The proposal of the mayor to continue the work session was supported by only 3 members of the conciliation Board, of 8 members did not participate in the vote. The Chairman of fraction "the Native city" Vasyl Prodan has proposed to hold a meeting of the Executive Committee, which considered the issue of redistribution of funds to provide financial assistance to individual utilities of the city. After the meeting 9 members of the conciliation Board came to an agreement on the continuation of the work 26 of session of city Council on 18 April at 12.00 with the purpose of considering amendments to the budget for 2017 regarding the allocation of funds to utilities. The decision was signed by the deputies of Vasily maximyuk, Vasyl Prodan, Alexander Purshaga, Michael Yarynich, Andriy Ilyuk, Vitaly Gavrish, Vladimir Beshley, Andrew Bryazkalo, Andrew Kandyba.
